Kali ini hadir patch Fifa 13 terbaru versi 1.9.1 update untuk FIFA 13 Patch 1.9.0 Pada update FIFA 13 v.1.9.1 ini juga update database 5.0. yang terdapat transfer pemain Fifa 13 bulan Juli 2013. Update sebagian besar memperbaiki problem atau bugs pada versi sebelumnya.

* Fixes to Database 5.0 ( Gameplyzed too )
- Teams lineups fixed ( player missing that crased the game ) : RM Castilla, Betis, Genoa, Burnley.
- Goalkeepers in bad position : AS Monaco, Borussia Dortmund.
- Some other fixes in lineups : Roma ( Benathia removed as forward )
- Latest Transfers : Reina to Napoli, Albiol to Napoli, etc
- Gerardo Martino as Barcelona Coach
- Numbers fixed : Milan, Inter, Schalke
* Fixed International New Tournaments for Database 5.0
- It was fixed the problem that didn´t allow to play FIFA Confed Cup, World Cup, Copa America and Euro in Game Modes / Tournaments.
